I am a Lean Program Manager working within the Reveal Tribe in Verizon Connect with whom I have been working for ~3.5 years. I have been working in IT since 1999 in various roles starting of as a tester with Logica Aldiscon and working for Accenture, Bank of Scotland Ireland, IBM, Misys and Paddy Power. I have been working as a project manager since 2007 when I started with Bank of Scotland. My deep interest is in how we we deliver software in as an effective manner as possible and have for the last 5+ years being working with Agile/Lean methodologies to help manage the delivery of software projects. Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors, hill walking and spending time with my family. I volunteer as a Venture Scout leader which I find very rewarding.

Smija Tomic (Equifax)
Works as a Scrum Master last three years. One of the most important reasons why she likes this role is continuous learning of new soft skills in order to perform the job and improve communication and collaboration with people. After finishing her studies and Master’s degree in Electrical and computer engineering, she started her career as a java developer, but when she started to work as a Scrum Master she felt like she finds a right profession. Almost two years ago, she moved to Dublin from Serbia and now works at Equifax Technology in Dublin, Ireland. This change made the job more interesting because of the international environment. She is interested in coaching and enjoys running.

Starting out in sales and administration in the grain and feed industry in Denmark, I soon realized that software development was my destiny when I was asked to help programme tools and reports. Since the year 2000, I have been involved in helping teams deliver software in an agile context. I have been working with accounts across Europe, North America, Asia and Pacific in the as Scrum Master, Product Owner and trainer. I am an experienced agile coach, facilitator and trainer. When I organize training and workshops, I value collaboration and interaction and limit the use of electronic tools. I hold several certifications, including ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching.

Caroline Craddock (Storyful)
From a young age, I have always been curious in understanding how things work and creating something from nothing. In 2012, I had my first role as a graphic designer at a mobile app startup. In a very fast paced environment, I learned how to fail fast and learn, evolving my passion for user experience design. Since 2018, I've been working in Storyful as a Product Designer, where my current curiosity and motivation is designing interfaces and visualisations to help our users make sense of complicated social media data.
